Some friends told us about the Spring Fest at Fort Gordon. We
had to go check it out! It was such a beautiful day!!
We met up with our friends. Jonas loves hanging out with
Emma! We found some fun art areas for the kids.
Here they are deciding on paint for the HUGE mural.
They painted until their hearts were content!
At the Kidz Art Korner they used spray bottles filled
with paint and sponge paint as well. They painted some dragon flies!
Next they made "art" out of old computer cords & cables.
Jonas was really into weaving the cords! I guess we
should have kept all the old ones... ; )
After making art, it was time for RIDES!!
They both wanted to drive the fire truck! Good thing
there was a steering wheel at each seat!
Next, they waited in line for the airplane ride.
So sweet...
Time to climb into the bouncy ship slide! It was BIG and
a lot of fun for them.
It was a steep slide... I couldn't take a picture
quick enough to get him in it!
Next was the spinning dragon ride - They were spinning like
crazy before the ride even started!
After a little bite to eat, they headed off to the next bit of fun!
Tickets for the ponies. Well worth $5!
Jonas loved riding his pony!
Jonas' first time on a roller coaster, and he LOVED IT!!
